REFUND POLICY

We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return. Refunds are also provided on cancellation of orders for which the payment has been done.

CANCELLATIONS

Request for order cancellation can be made before your orders are despatched. Once your order is shipped we will not be able to cancel the order and no refunds will be provided.

RETURNS

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn, unused or unwashed, with original tags and packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. 

To initiate a return, you can email us via the contact us page. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. All domestic (Indian) and international customers must pay for return shipping.

DAMAGES AND ISSUES

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. In case of suspecting any anomalies while unpackaging, A photograph of the same should be taken and sent via contact@rathisilks.com. 

EXCEPTIONS / NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS 

Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products which include custom stitched blouses, Petticoats, Shapewear, and Sarees with attached falls. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

The shipping charges (International shipping) are not refundable.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards.

EXCHANGES 

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

REFUNDS 

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. Usually, we expect from 10-15 days for the refund to be reflected back in the account, after the refund has been issued.
