SHIPPING POLICY
All our products are shipped from Salem, India. Products are usually shipped within 2 to 5 business days and shipping can take up to a maximum of 7 business days.
Covid-19 Impact: Please note that we are noticing an increased delay in shipping due to Covid-19 disruptions. We will strive to have the products shipped at the earliest.
INDIA SHIPPING CHARGES
We offer free shipping for all locations within India.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
We also offer international shipping for our products. All international shipping will originate from our Indian warehouse. Please see the list of countries and corresponding shipping charges where we currently serve. If your country is not on the list, please contact us via our contact us page and we will be able to help ship our products.
We recommend bundling up your products to save on shipping costs.
The shipping costs provided below applies only to the payments done through foreign bank accounts (Outside India) and is not applicable for payments done through India based bank accounts.
So it is mandatory to pay from foreign bank accounts for the orders which is required to be shipped from India to other countries.

IMPORT / CUSTOM DUTIES
Any custom / import duty levied by the destination country is beyond our control and not our responsibility. You will have to pay any and all import / custom duty charges imposed.
DELAYS
The “usually shipped within” dates are only indicative and we will strive to have the product shipped by the date posted. However, if for any reasons there is a delay we will notify you via email and provide updates on the same. We cannot provide any compensation for the delay in shipment. If shipment is lost in transit, we will strive to re-ship the product within 15 days or cancel the order and provide a refund.
PROVISION OF DETAILS ON DELIVERY
Upon delivery of the products, customers may be requested to sign or show personal proofs to ensure that the products are received by the right persons and also to avoid any misuse of the services.
